Online One-on-One Fitness and Nutrition Coaching

$549 for 3 months (or $190 per month)

 

  • Set goal for the 12 weeks together
  • Cultivate a personalize plan that incorporates daily action to achieve your fitness & nutrition goal
  • 3 workouts for the week with suggested cardio
  • Personalized nutrition coaching to reach your goal
  • Weekly coaching call and email access during the week for questions and/or adjustments.
Online One-on-OneNutrition Coaching
$499 for 3 months (or $175 per month)
  • Set goals for the 12 weeks together.
  • Strategize on a plan to hit your health goal.  What do you want to work on? For example, eating consistently, eating more protein, limit “emotional” eating, etc.
  • Decide on what skills to focus on to reach your goal and take action.  For example, tracking food consistently. Meal planning for your goal, like eating more fruits and vegetables.
  • Accountability.
  • Weekly 30-45 minute coaching calsl to determine what is working and build on those strengths.  Or we will pivot if a skill or habit is too difficult to stay consistent.  How to handle trigger foods and situations.   We will use email or texts during the week for questions and/or adjustments.
