Fitness and Nutrition Coaching

Why do the majority of us women crash and burn when it comes to implementing a new nutrition and fitness plan?  Often, we have a full life of social, family and work commitments that often drain our energy and time. We don’t have the support and guidance needed for the journey, especially when *life* happens to help get back on track.  How can an online coach help you succeed with this? Here are a few points to help you decide if online training with me is right for your goals and lifestyle…

Support! We will have a weekly 30-minute (video/phone) call to discuss your goal for the week.  Did you hit it? Did you struggle? What were some of your barriers during the week and what were your wins?  We then discuss what you want to focus on the upcoming week (consistency in your training, how hard you push your workouts) and challenges that may arise (office birthday celebration, vacation, etc).  We can’t all fit into a cookie cutter workout and nutrition program. Our lives are complex, kids, aging parents, job, travel… wine! This is the time we can flesh out on what works for you and build on it.  This is where you can talk about frustrations and bounce off ideas or theories on what’s going on. This is your accountability throughout the week to make sure you are staying on track (or at least as close as possible.) by providing feedback like the completion of workouts, energy levels, sleep, stress, etc.

Flexibility! Although we do have an appointment time, your workout schedule is on your terms.  No more racing to the gym to make it to your training appointment when you want to cancel because you have been up all night with your sick teenage daughter (this is from experience!).  This usually is a lose-lose situation as most trainers will charge a fee for canceling.

Value!  If you decide to go to a gym trainer or private trainer, you will pay double what my packages offer.  Plus, if you decide to coach online with me, I am but an email away from questions or adjustments in the program.  Most gym trainers only offer their time while working together for that half hour or hour at the gym, beyond that you are on your own.

Online One-on-One Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

$549 for 3 months (or $190 per month)
  • Set goal for the 12 weeks together
  • Cultivate a personalize plan that incorporates daily action to achieve your fitness & nutrition goal
  • 3 workouts for the week with suggested cardio
  • Personalized nutrition coaching to reach your goal
  • Weekly coaching call and email access during the week for questions and/or adjustments.

Online One-on-One Nutrition Coaching

$499 for 3 months (or $175 per month)

I will help you breakdown your big nutritional goals and break them down to small daily practices.  If your goal is to make healthy eating a lifestyle and not a diet, this is a program for you to consider.  There will be no fad diets or extreme diets plans. I will give accountability, support, and direction. I will help you stay consistent no matter what life throws at you.

 Starting with your lifestyle, we will determine what are your needs and goals? Then we’ll develop a personalized plan to help you eat, move, and live better.  One that fits in your life and develops the skills required for long term success.

In Person One-on-One Training & Nutrition Coaching

$65 per 1 hr session or $300 for (5) 1 hr session                                        

(Must live within a 15-mile distance from zip code 91367)

If you are looking for individual attention to your needs and goals for your workouts or you prefer working out in your home without having to navigate through strangers, this is a great option for you.

In this program, I will come to your home to lead you through your workouts.  We will first discuss what your short & long term goals are. From there, we can navigate on what daily habits we can work on to get there, this can be through the suggested workouts throughout the week, nutrition challenges, etc.  You will find a lot of personal trainers out there, but few will dedicate the whole week to support you on obtaining your goals.

  • Devise a realistic fitness goal for the first 12 weeks
  • Discuss options on how to use your nutrition to obtain your goal
  • One hour  training personalized to what you want to achieve
  • Suggest workouts for the rest of the week based on your lifestyle, including cardio
  • Access to me by email with accountability updates, questions, or adjustments on recommended workouts because “things got crazy this week, what should I do”
